How to Make Greek Yogurt Bark
Table of Contents
All ideas, recipes, and opinions are entirely my own, however this is a sponsored post on behalf of wholesome brands, Vans Simply Delicious® and Wallaby® Organic.
Since school has started, we’re settling into routines and keeping busy with the flurry of new activities. If your household is anything like mine, you are now looking for yummy snack ideas to keep everyone fueled between meals. And they have to be wholesome snacks. Extra points if they’re easy to make.
Yogurt bark gets my stamp of approval! It’s delicious. It’s nutritious. It’s quick and easy to make. And although my goal was originally to create a snack, I can tell you yogurt and granola bark also makes a terrific on-the-go breakfast.
Although both of these recipes are great, the combo of yogurt, peanut butter and chocolate is by far my favorite. Let them thaw just slightly before digging in.
If you prefer more of the traditional bark, make thinner layers. Make them thicker and they’re more like bars. Either way—yum!
Wallaby Organic Vanilla Greek Yogurt is some of the best Greek yogurts I’ve tasted. They make it with the time-honored, slow cooking method and authentically strain the yogurt, instead of just adding thickening ingredients.
The result is a rich protein yogurt with a delicious, thick texture and a smooth, satisfying flavor. And yes, it contains those desirable probiotic cultures.
And Van’s Simply Delicious Granola? It is! I could (and did!) sit and eat it straight out of the bag. It’s got a great, chewy texture instead of that hard crunch that makes you wonder if you’ll need to call your dentist.
Both products are the sort of wholesome foods you can feel good about eating and serving. They are non GMO, gluten free and contain less sugar.
And if you head over to Target, you can use their cartwheel offers on Wallaby Organic Greek Yogurt and Van’s Simply Delicious Granola to get a sweet deal. You’ll find flavors like Van’s Simply Delicious Banana Nut or Cranberry Almond Granola and Wallaby’s Organic Strawberry, Mixed Berries or Peach Greek Yogurt, too.
Just think of all the awesome possible yogurt-bark combinations! Your kids will love it. #liveconsciouseatdelicous, @vansfoods, and @wallabyyogurt.
