I don’t know about you but I’m a total dip lover. There is just something so fun about going to a party and getting to sample all of the chips and dip recipes that they’re serving. I’m always on the lookout for something new to serve to our friends and family when they come over for fun parties and family get together’s too. When I saw this recipe from Jenny over at Rate The Plate Utah I knew that my husband and I would love it! We’re big green chile fans so this is right up our alley. When I was looking over her recipe I noticed that she lightened it up a bit by using a combination of mayonnaise and greek yogurt (which I love)!
