– Chuck roast or your favorite stew meat – Flour – Salt – Pepper – Paprika – Butter – Olive oil – Minced garlic – Onion – Carrots

INGREDIENTS

– Celery – Potatoes – Beef broth – Tomato paste – Worcestershire Sauce – Rosemary – Bay leaf – Peas – Cornstarch – Water

Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in  shallow bowl

STEP ONE

Coat Beef in flour

STEP TWO

Add butter and olive oil to pan. Brown meat

STEP THREE

Remove beef. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery to pan and sauté.

STEP FOUR

Add beef broth, tomato paste, potatoes, worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, and rosemary to pot.

STEP FIVE

Add beef pieces back into pot.

STEP SIX

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and cook for 60-90 minutes, or until beef is tender.

STEP SEVEN

Mix cornstarch and water. Stir into stew and cook for 10-15 more minutes

STEP EIGHT

Remove Bay Leaf. Add peas to stew in last 5-10 minutes.

STEP NINE

Serve and enjoy!
