BEEF STEW
– Chuck roast or your favorite stew meat – Flour – Salt – Pepper – Paprika – Butter – Olive oil – Minced garlic – Onion – Carrots
INGREDIENTS
– Celery – Potatoes – Beef broth – Tomato paste – Worcestershire Sauce – Rosemary – Bay leaf – Peas – Cornstarch – Water
Remove beef. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and celery to pan and sauté.
STEP FOUR
Add beef broth, tomato paste, potatoes, worcestershire sauce, bay leaf, and rosemary to pot.
STEP FIVE
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and cook for 60-90 minutes, or until beef is tender.
STEP SEVEN
Mix cornstarch and water. Stir into stew and cook for 10-15 more minutes
