– Velveeta cheese – diced green chiles – diced tomatoes with green chiles

INGREDIENTS

Cut cheese into cubes and place in a microwave  safe bowl.

STEP ONE

Pour in tomatoes and green chiles, with juices.

STEP TWO

When boiling stir in rice and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover pot and simmer for  15 to 17 minutes.

STEP THREE

Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
