MONGOLIAN BEEF AND NOODLE
– Wide rice noodles – Ground beef – Sesame oil – Garlic paste – Ginger paste – Chili paste and/or red pepper flakes – Soy sauce (lite) – Light brown sugar – Hoisin sauce – Beef broth – Cornstarch – Green onions – Toasted sesame seeds
Cook Noodles. Drain and set aside.
Mix in garlic paste and ginger paste
Add chili paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and 1/2 of the beef broth to the skillet.
Stir cornstarch and remaining 1/2 beef broth, add to skillet. Sautee until bubbly.
Add green onions. Add additional chili paste until desired flavor
Sautee another 1 to 2 minutes
Add cooked noodles and toss
Garnish with greens and sesame seeds if desired and serve.
