PEACH  COBBLER

Peach Filling – Peaches – Lemon Juice – Sugar – Brown Sugar – Cinnamon – Allspice – Vanilla Extract – Cornstarch Cinnamon Sugar Topping – Sugar – Cinnamon

INGREDIENTS

Crust Topping – Flour – Sugar – Brown Sugar – Baking Powder – Salt – Butter – Hot Water

In a bowl mix the peaches, lemon juice, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla extract, and  cornstarch. Stir well.

STEP ONE

Pour peach mixture into greased baking dish. Bake peaches for about  10 minutes.

STEP TWO

Stir flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and grated butter.

STEP THREE

Pour hot water into a bowl and mix until a dough mixture forms.

STEP FOUR

In bowl stir sugar and cinnamon. Remove peaches from oven and drop spoonfuls of the crust topping.

STEP FIVE

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar topping over the top of the crust topping. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

STEP SIX

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
