Doritos Cool Ranch Tuna Noodle Casserole has the perfect combination of egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, peas, cheese, and of course Cool Ranch Doritos.
1 canAlbacore Tuna in waterflaked apart with a fork
1 ¼cupwhole milk
1 tbsp Better Than BouillonChicken Flavor
½tspground black pepper
115-oz canpeas and carrotsdrained
16ouncesVelveeta Cheesecut into small cubes
½bagCool Ranch Doritoscrushed
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large pot cook the egg noodles per package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a small sauce pan boil your peas per package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl combine your cream of mushroom soup, albacore tuna, milk, Better than Bouillon Chicken Flavor, and ground pepper. Stir together.
Add the drained noodles, peas, and ½ of the Velveeta cubes. Stir Well.
Place combined mixture into a 9x13 casserole dish and top with the remaining Velveeta cubes. Make sure the entire casserole is pretty much covered evenly with cheese cubes.
Place in the oven at 375 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle crushed Cool Ranch Doritos over the top of the cheese. Serve and enjoy!
