Ingredients

  • half a pint of heavy whipping cream
  • a quarter cup of sugar
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice
  • zest of one lemon

Instructions

  1. Using a mixer, pour the sugar in your mixing bowl and had the heavy whipping cream.
  2. Beat until stiff. Then fold in lemon juice and zest until incorporated and serve.
