Ingredients

roll
refrigerated cookie dough
1
8-oz
cream cheese
softened
½
cup
sugar
1
large
egg
½
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
Spread ½ of the cookie dough into the bottom of the baking dish. Press down firmly.
Beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy with a hand mixer.
Add the sugar and beat until combined. Add the egg and vanilla, and continue mixing until smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture on the top of the cookie dough. Spread evenly over the entire surface.
Crumble the rest the cookie dough over the cheesecake mixture. Press down gently on it.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
