In a large skillet add the water, shredded turkey, green chilies, and taco seasoning. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes or until the turkey is reheated.
Remove from heat and set aside.
On an ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange crescent dough triangles in a ring so the short sides of triangles form a 6-inch circle in the center. (Place a small bowl in the center to help with arranging the crescent dough). The dough will overlap.
Spoon turkey meat over the wide section of the roll close to the center. Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bring each triangle tip up over the filling, tucking it under the bottom layer of dough to secure it.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the ring turns a golden brown.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
Place a bowl of salsa in the center of the ring for dipping.
