S'more Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

butter
softened

sugar

3.4-oz box
instant vanilla pudding
dry mix

eggs
lightly beaten

vanilla extract

honey graham crackers
finely crushed

tsp
baking soda

cups
flour

cup
mini marshmallows
1 ¼

chocolate chips
milk chocolate or semi sweet
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl cream butter and sugars together using a hand mixer
Add in pudding mix and beat together until combined
Beat in the eggs and vanillae extract
In a small bowl, stir crushed graham cracker crumbs, baking soda and flour until evenly mixed
Add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and beat until well incorporated
Stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly mixed in
Roll into small balls (I used about 1 tablespoon of cookie mix per cookie) and place onto parchment lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes. You want these cookies to be slightly under-cooked.
