Chill two glasses in the freezer for at least 5 minutes. (This step is optional, but it helps keep the drink cool and it looks frosty good!)
Pour the milk, hot chocolate mix, and crushed ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into two chilled glasses. Top with whipped topping. Sprinkle with miniature chocolate chips.

Almond milk can also be used if preferred. Simply substitute the chocolate milk for 1 cup dark chocolate almond milk and reduce to 1 packet hot chocolate mix instead of two.This recipe is quite chocolatey. If it seems like too much, reduce the packets to just one packet.
