Instructions
Empty your vanilla pudding mix into a bowl and set aside.
Wash your grapes and dip them into the vanilla pudding mix while they are still wet so that the dry mix sticks to them.
Place your frozen grapes onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet and place into the freezer until frozen solid.
When your grapes are frozen solid then it's time to melt your milk chocolate in the microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in-between each round of microwave time.
Add about 1 cup of Health Toffee Bits to your food processor if needed to break up any larger pieces of toffee. Pour into a small bowl.
Remove your grapes from the freezer. Using a toothpick stab one of the ends just enough so you can pick it up. Dip it in your milk chocolate to coat all sides. Roll in your toffee bits and set back on your parchment paper and remove the toothpick.
Repeat process until your grapes are finished.
Place back in the freezer until the chocolate is completely frozen again.
Serve and enjoy frozen!
Notes
I didn't list exact amounts for the grapes, chocolate or toffee because it will depend on how many you are planning on making. I tested the recipe with 1 bowl and used about 4 oz of chocolate, about 24 grapes and ⅓ cup crushed up toffee bits.
