Ingredients
Salad:

Dressing:

Instructions
Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk together until well combined.
Immediately dress the salad and toss to combine.
Let the salad sit for about 15 minutes, toss to combine, and serve cold.
