Use a hand mixer to beat together the cream cheese and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
Beat in the brown sugar and then the marshmallow creme.
With the mixer running on low speed, gradually add the heavy cream, continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Fold in or beat in the mini chocolate chips, just until combined.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
The dip is fluffy, smooth, and creamy and it holds its shape. Alternatively, you could whip the whipped cream in a separate bowl and then fold it into the whipped cream cheese and marshmallow creme mixture.
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so that you don’t have any lumps in your sweet dip.
This dip is quite sweet, you can leave out the 1 tablespoon of brown sugar if you want it less sweet.
