Instructions
In a large skillet, saute 1 medium white onion in 1 to 2 teaspoons cooking oil over medium heat until soft and translucent.

Add 14 ounces tri-color coleslaw and stir into the beef mixture, cooking several more minutes until the cabbage has wilted.
