Malibu Cocktail

Sip on the tropical taste of a Malibu cocktail, blending sweet coconut rum with refreshing fruit juices. Perfect for summer gatherings, it's a beach vacation in a glass!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Malibu Rum
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces cranberry juice

Garnish

  • Maraschino cherries
  • pineapple wedges
  • lime slices

Instructions

  • Fill the glass with ice.
  • Add Malibu rum, then pineapple juice to the glass.
  • Add cranberry juice to top off the glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime slice, and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

  • Adjust the amounts of juice and rum to fit any glass. We liked a 1:1:1 ratio. 
  • Keep your fruit juices chilled before fixing the Malibu sunset cocktails.
  • Since pineapple juice has a higher sugar content, it will settle to the bottom of the cranberry juice. The juices do mix after a while, so serve your Malibu drink immediately for the pretty color layers.
