Red wine chocolate is an incredibly moist homemade chocolate cake with a rich flavor that you’ll love. The combination of wine and chocolate is irresistible!
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix until creamy.
In a separate bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. Slowly add the mixture to the wet ingredients.
Pour in the red wine and mix the chocolate cake batter until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan.
Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Whisk in the powdered sugar and red wine. Pour glaze over the top of the cake and serve.
