Ingredients
16
tablespoons
salted sweet cream butter
softened
¾
cup
powdered sugar
½
cup
honey
1½
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Add the softened butter to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Use a handheld mixer on medium-high speed to beat the butter for 1 to 1½ minutes until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar, honey, and ground cinnamon. Continue mixing for another 1½ to 2 minutes until completely incorporated and fluffy.
Notes
This Texas Roadhouse recipe freezes well, so consider making a double batch to ensure you always have some on hand.
Make sure you are using room-temperature butter so that it blends well and gives you the creamy texture you want.
Be sure to use a fork to “fluff” the refrigerated butter before serving.
