Mix in the vanilla and egg.
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in to form cookie dough.
Fold in the white chocolate chips.
Scoop onto cookie sheet with your cookie scoop. (If you don’t have a cookie scoop: scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll it into a ball, and place on the sheet.)
Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Add extra white chocolate chips to the cookies right after they come out of the oven if you’d like.
Allow to cool and enjoy!
Notes
Cookies will cook and spread differently depending on the surface they cook on. For best results, use parchment paper as instructed.
If you don’t have a cookie scoop: scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough, roll it into a ball, and place cookie dough balls on the sheet.
Oven temperatures vary and may need to be recalibrated periodically to ensure they are accurate. Make sure to keep a close eye on your cookies as the suggested baking time approaches.
