Peach Fluff
This peach fluff salad recipe is a favorite at potlucks, blending juicy peaches, pecans, and marshmallows in a creamy, peach-flavored dessert.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
- 3 ounces peach-flavored gelatin
- 30.5 ounces canned sliced peaches drained and diced / or 5-6 fresh peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup pecans finely chopped
Instructions
- Using a medium-sized mixing bowl and a handheld mixer on medium-high speed, beat together 8 ounces cream cheese and 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar for 1½ to 2 minutes, until smooth.8 ounces cream cheese, 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar

Notes
- If you are using fresh peaches, toss the peaches in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice beforehand.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so that you don’t have lumps in the creamy dressing.
- Stir all the ingredients together carefully as you don’t want to break apart the fruit pieces.
- For best results, make sure you give your salad at least 1 hour of chilling time. It allows all of the yummy flavors to blend together.
