Cooking Tips
These taste just like a chocolate-dipped strawberry - so rich and decadent.
Dry or drain the strawberries before using them to top the brownies.
Once the strawberries are washed and cut, they don’t keep well - much like a chocolate-dipped strawberry, these are best eaten the same day. After 24 hours, the strawberries will become soggy and change the consistency of the dessert.

Storing this Recipe
IN THE FRIDGE: Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Note, this recipe is best eaten fresh because the strawberries will soften and change the texture of the dessert as they lose liquid.
IN THE FREEZER: It is not recommended to store this recipe in the freezer, but if you do, they will keep for up to 3 months. Serve them frozen or slightly thawed if they were stored in the freezer so they will maintain some structural integrity.
