I made some tabbouleh the other day and ended up making a little too much. With quite a few left over and having some fresh chicken breast on hand, I decided to make a crispy chicken wrap with tabbouleh. The tabbouleh added just the right amount of flavour and moisture to this wrap. I used Panko bread crumbs to make a crispy “fried-like” taste and texture to the chicken strips, but you can use regular bread crumbs. Enjoy!
