Chicken. I’m a dark meat kind of girl. I do want to enjoy white meat but every time I try to bake chicken breasts they come out dry. Unless I coat them in some kind of mayo concoction and then they taste gross. Also, I’ve never been able to successfully cook chicken with breadcrumbs. Either the crust is too wet or not wet enough and it tastes like sandpaper.
I think I’ve finally solved my problem with this recipe. Below I’ve listed the simple steps to bake Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken.
1. TOAST the breadcrumbs. (Solves the too wet dilemma.)
2. Assembly line of Honey Mustard sauce, PRETZEL chunks, flour and bread crumbs.
3. Coat and cook. (Easy but messy!)
