Chicken Cordon Bleu Ranch Wraps
Table of Contents
Chicken Cordon Bleu Ranch Wraps are an easy way to get dinner on the table quickly. With the perfect combination of chicken and ham, paired with fresh spinach and mozzarella, and topped with ranch dressing, this is sure to be a new family favorite.
Ready in under 20 minutes, this wrap recipe is perfect for busy weeknights, on the go lunch recipes, and when you're heading out to have a family picnic.
WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU NEED TO MAKE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU RANCH WRAPS
Believe it or not, this recipe only uses 6 easy ingredients. It comes together so quickly, making it the perfect lunch or dinner for your family.
Here's what you'll need to get started:
- 1 whole Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 slices ham, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
INGREDIENT SUBSTITUTIONS AND ADDITIONS
TORTILLAS: While I'm a fan of regular tortillas myself, spinach, whole wheat, or even pita bread would work if you wanted to give them a try.
HAM: Don't skip the ham in this recipe friends. It gives the perfect sweet and salty balance that really compliments the chicken, vegetables, cheese, and dressing. I usually just pick up deli sliced ham that is on sale at the meat counter.
CHICKEN: You can choose a few different chicken options when making this recipe. My go to is Rotisserie Chicken, but cooked and shredded chicken breast, or even deli sliced chicken work well too!
VEGETABLES: Handfuls of fresh spinach work perfectly in this recipe, but an easy spring mix is another option. You could even try kale, or romaine lettuce. They would be great on this wrap!
CHEESE: I've only tried shredded mozzarella cheese on my wraps, but provolone or swiss would be another good go-to for this recipe.
DRESSING: Any ranch dressing will do on these Chicken Cordon Bleu Ranch Wraps. Pick your favorite and add a little, or a lot to your wrap. I used about ¼ - ⅓ cup for 4 wraps because I like lots of ranch on anything I eat.
HOW TO ASSEMBLE CHICKEN CORDON BLEU RANCH WRAPS
FIRST STEP: Chop your chicken, spinach, and ham. Add to bowls so you can see how much you have of each.
SECOND STEP: Microwave your tortillas for about 10 seconds. You don't want them hot, you just want them to be soft and roll-able.
THIRD STEP: Lay the tortillas out on 4 separate plates. Equally divide the chicken, spinach, and ham between each tortilla.
FOURTH STEP: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of each tortilla. Drizzle ranch dressing on top of the cheese.
FIFTH STEP: Roll the sides of each Chicken Cordon Bleu Ranch Wrap in, and then roll to close. Place seam side down on the plate and serve with macaroni salad, potato salad, or chips.

Shauna, this is my first time on your site and this recipe looks delicious! I have a NuWave that I've never used for anything more than heating up foods that I want to be crispy. Do you have a special section for recipes that you use the NuWave for? I'd love to use my NuWave for more than a glorified microwave!
Thanks!!

Yum! These look delish and like something my whole family would love (although for my daughter it might have to be a deconstructed wrap, that's how her sandwiches and burritos always end up anyway...)Your newest follower,ButtonsThe Hot Toddies of Washington
