Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients
- Chicken breasts - frozen, minimum of 3 breasts
- Cream cheese - softened

- Red Hot sauce - we like Frank's Red Hot the best!
- Cheddar cheese - shredded from the block
This hot dip starts with the shredded chicken. You can either cook your own chicken, or you can pick up a rotisserie chicken from the store, or even some canned chicken. If you have a stand mixer it’s easy to shred your chicken with the paddle attachment. Simply place the cooked and boneless chicken into the mixing bowl using the flat beater attachment and turn the mixer to a low speed for about 30 seconds to one minute. You can also shred the chicken with forks.
Want to create a more traditional wing flavor? Substitute blue cheese for the shredded cheddar cheese. You could also use Monterrey Jack or mozzarella cheese, or create a blend of different cheeses.
faYou have lots of choices for what to serve with your dip. Try putting together a platter with a variety of chips and veggies. Chips might include crackers, pretzels, or even pitas. How to Make Crockpot Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients
FIRST STEP: Using a large pan, place frozen chicken breasts inside. Cover with water and boil on HIGH about 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (absolutely NO pink!).
SECOND STEP: In a large bowl/crockpot, mix 1 package of cream cheese, ranch dressing, Red Hot Sauce, and cheddar cheese.
THIRD STEP: When chicken is fully cooked, shred with a fork and toss into bowl/crockpot with other ingredients.
FOURTH STEP: Heat in a crockpot for about thirty minutes and you’ll have the yummiest dip! Serve with veggies, chips, or crackers. To make it spicier, add more Red Hot; or to make it less spicy, just add less!
